A planning application will be prepared and submitted to Hillingdon Council.

Planning committee

Hillingdon Council will consider the application and determine whether planning permission should be granted.

Start work on site

Building work would begin once the scheme has received planning permission and the necessary approvals.

Phased handover of homes
